Recently had my timing belt, water pump, all tensioners pulleys etc changed here.
Great service, very professional, went above and beyond with the works; even helped diagnose some non-related issues despite that not being part of the agreed work...
From my experience, I'd have no hesitation recommending this place or coming back here (and it's a good 40 minute drive for me to get here which I think is worth it)

Transporter t5.1 faulty for 5 months. Been to 3 garages over the 5 months. Fault not rectified. John found and rectified in 3 days!! Fully recommend for all VW repairs.
JJs have done all the major work on the three high milage VWs I've owned. A completely trustworthy company. I have not had any problems with any work they've ever done for me. Couldn't recommend them enough.
I am based in London and recently bought a used A7 with an engine management light. I came across JJ's VW Audi centre which is near where my parents in the North west. I called first thing on the Saturday and John who was very accommodating told me to pop down that same day. He spent a good half hour diagnosing the problem with 2 machines and even having a look in my engine. John then took the time explain to me what the fault was, told me what the potential fixes were as well as the potential cost for a replacement part (worst case scenario). He then didn't even charge for the assessment or time he spent. (The main dealer wanted nearly £200 just to plug in a machine to read the fault.)
I booked my car in to get fixed a few weeks later and John managed to fix my car within 2 days without the need for any new expensive Audi parts. A new part would have cost over £1000. Instead the fix came to a fraction of that.
I can't recommend this garage enough. John is a genuine and honest mechanic with years of experience. You are guaranteed a reliable and trustworthy experience. This is now my go to garage for Audi A7. Thanks JJs.

Can't speak highly enough of this excellent place ! Fixed my wife's non working awd on Vw tiguan (haldex clutch pump) gone !

Took my A6 in last minute with a coil light and the vehicle has gone into limp mode. John run a free diagnotic and pinpointed the fault to a failed boost sensor. The car was under warranty and John dealt with the warrantly company, ordered the parts fitted them the next working day. Excellent service and will be taking my Audi here in the future.
2 mechanics looked at my van, couldn't get it going, JJ's got it going and running smooth as now... highly recommend ????
