I have never been served by anyone so rude. The actual pharmacist was appallingly rude and is clearly in the wrong job. She was judgemental, rude and completely inconsiderate, I will never step foot into this pharmacy again. I am disgusted by the way I was treated today and was even told to go use a different pharmacy so I did. Do not use this pharmacy. Do yourself the favour by going somewhere else and not allow yourself to be treated the way I was today.

I walked in to find empty shelves and a member of staff in the consultation room with her feet up on the chair chatting loudly on the phone. The member of staff who served me was pleasant but as they didn't have what I wanted I went to Badhams by Tesco instead and that is where I will go in future.
Probably the worse pharmacy around!! AVOID unless you like being degraded, spoken down to and patronised. Also, if you like waiting around just to be told to go use a different pharmacy!! The staff are just rude, who knows how any of them have managed to get a job in a pharmacy.
Since they have changed owners. They are not as accessible. They don't return calls. They are not as available to the public.

Massive thanks to the staff at the pharmacy today. I ran in today in a panic as my husband was having a severe reaction to a bee sting. They were absolutely fantastic, helpful, calm and quick to help us. It is my local pharmacy and they are always helpful but today we're exceptional.
Apologies to the people in the shop as I barged in and queue jumped.
They NEVER answer the phone. Then When I actually go to the pharmacy to pick up my son’s prescriptions they never have it in stock anyway! The staff are unhelpful and slow. Shame as it’s the nearest most convenient pharmacy to the doctors surgery.
