Lloyds chemist has always been my local chemist and they has always explained things in detail if I needed any help.
Recently Jhoots has taken over from Lloyds which doesn’t seem to support the workers in the shop, example a computer was recently fitted and they were told to work it out for themselves !!
They have had to go on a cash only basis as they have no facilities for taking card payments.
They are also trying to put old clients as well as new clients onto the new system, unfortunately there is no managerial support which is ashame because they have an excellent team.
I’m still giving 5 stars as I’ve always had a great service and hopefully they will get support from Jhoots very soon.
Hopefully the customers will give them a lot of support as they are doing their very best to help everyone ????
They need to change their website my meds are stuck there untill Monday,had to phon 111 for help yesterday will be changing my chemist
This chemist is shocking, one of my medications not available even though ordered on a Friday now Monday, other medication not ready. Going to change chemist. This has been going on for the last 2mths.
Closed sat and Sunday and only taking cash payments
We have our prescriptions dispensed by this chemist as they are most friendly and helpful as well as the pharmacy being open until 10pm every day of the week. We have had issues with the service in the past and most recently to which we can only thank the staff (Sarah, mandy, sybil, etc) for all of their efforts in dealing with the issues.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble, I have seen at first hand how tolerant the staff are with people who have disabilities that simply come into the pharmacy to speak to the staff for company. Most exemplary.
They announced the closure of all its chemists in Sainsbury's as well as over 70 other branches! Feel bad for their staff. It seems it's the end of the road for Lioyds pharmacy.
Could not have cared less when they messed up my prescription. Usual lack of care & display of arrogance although compared to other local pharmacies this is the best at one star
Absolutely shocking customer service, rude and clueless. As for the Brummie "woman" who man's the till, I wouldn't trust her to babysit let alone sort children's medication! Avoid like the Plague (especially the Brummie)
