This week was the first time that we have used this chemist. They were fantastic, initially checking my prescription, saying that it was incorrect and then proceeded to offer to sort t
he problem with my doctors. The following day he provided me with the correct prescription. Myself and my husband have now changed out nominated chemist to them. Thank you so much for all your help.
I cannot thank the amazing Claire for her kindness, compassion and empathy today. I came into Clifford’s for my prescription following a GP appointment and my meds had not arrived as stated. I was asked to come back in an hour but when Claire listened to me and could also see that I couldn’t come back due to mobility issues, she offered to deliver my meds for me in her own time.
Claire you are an Earth Angel and I cannot thank you enough. Clifford’s Pharmacists could learn a huge amount about compassion and care from you Claire. Bless your beautiful heart. ????????????????
Amazing service at Clifford's pharmacy in Godmanchester. They are so helpful and polite. Repeat prescriptions are dispensed so quickly and they also offer covid and flu vaccines.
Fantastic service, really couldn't fault them, especially since I was a holidaymaker, and they were able to get one of my meds the next day, unlike other high street pharmacies!!

Very efficient service and very helpful. Provide a prescription very quickly. Very impressive.
Staff are polite and quickly get to know you and your needs once you become a regular. They have only been short on my medication a few times but that was down to a mixture of the supplier and other chemists also being too short to spare any.
If you need someone else to pick up your medication you can just call them and let them know someone will be picking it up on your half. Or if you are too ill to pick it up yourself they are usually happy to deliver it when they have the time to do so.
They also have a small selection of everyday needs and small range of toys for child just in case other stores are out.
