Best KPortal Reviews
It takes a lot for me to post a bad review but I’ve had enough of this place. Being busy and understaffed is one thing, but my politeness is met with rudeness every single time.
When I got seen this time, I told the lady I was there to pick up a prescription, she stared at me with no response.. I then filled the void by asking if she needed my name. Her response: “that would help since I’m not a mind reader”. Right, ok. She then looks around the shelves for my prescription for 2 minutes, before coming back to me and letting me know that they have ordered it and it would be here tomorrow or Wednesday. Well, you didn’t check anything on your computer after looking for it so are you sure you didn’t just give up?
Also, saw the same woman greet a customer at the till, that customer then started “I’m here to colle…” before being cut off abruptly and told she’s already dealing with another customer. YOU LITERALLY GREETED HER! Of course she thought it was her turn.
Rude rude rude rude. Can’t deal with it anymore. Moving pharmacy.
What has happened??? It used to be such a good pharmacy, but the last 12m has seen a steady, inexorable decline into unsafe incompetence & chaos. I believe some staff do try their best, but you can tell there’s no coherent or indeed safe filing or cataloging. I believe they rely a lot on “reactive fulfilling”, waiting for a patient to turn up and ask for their meds, even if it’s been ages since the script was sent across- rather than dealing with a script as it comes in, which is why you see so much of “come back tomorrow” even if it’s been days and days & if they’d actually just proactively ordered the stuff when the script was sent over it would be in by the time you attended. I always wait the required 72hrs (if not more) but it’s rarely filled and waiting for me. Sometimes one person looks and its not there, the second person looks & or is, how can that be if its not absolute chaos behind those filing cabinets? Also, I’m sorry to say this c but the place is a mess. I don’t expect to walk into the ritz when the NHS is on its knees but the place is absolutely disgusting sometimes. do better.
If I could give minus I would. It's hard to believe this place is a licensed pharmacy, they should have their licence to operate revoked immediately. A corner shop is better stocked with medicine than this place, they have never been able to fully fill a prescription. Do not waste your time trying. I think what is most terrible though is the attitude and lack of respect, if you're in pain and desperately need a consultation and medication, don't be at all surprised when they smile at you and take great delight in advising there is no medicine and they won't help you with a consultation. It is truly disgusting and they are not fit to be working in healthcare.
The worst pharmacy I have ever stepped foot in, if I could give a zero rating I would.
Queue was longer than the last stage coach out of dodge city and after the mind numbing wait they only had half my prescription. l was told to return the next day , on my return I was given the heart warming news it hadn't came in ,so I trotted off with the prescription to boots where I collect it in 10 min
I suggest if you need a prescription head to boots.
Use to be very good .. now I absolutely HATE having to use it..they never check dates before handing things to patients or god forbid actually check with the patient "is this your order from 3 months ago or have you ordered something recently" .. meaning on many occasions I've had to go back on multiple occasions!!!
NEVER herd an apology uttered from anyone about the wait and there is always a massive queue and always take minimum of 20 mins .. staff I have encountered have been very rude! Will definitely be looking for another pharmacy.. sad, as it is no longer fit for purpose or whoever the management are needs sacking!
This please is not fit for purpose .always a long queue . Even if you just want to buy something . Never been a fan since they stopped me using Chiseldon pharmacy when I visited the dr there so they could grab more work . Well they have it now and can’t cope . I have moved on
One of the worst pharmacies I've ever used. Seems disorganised and chaotic for prescriptions, have had to queue for 45 minutes just to collect a repeat.
Long queues every time.
Some staff are lovely and helpful though clearly working hard in difficult circumstances, but there are a couple who much less so.
Honestly wish it wasn't my local pharmacy and am now looking at alternatives like online because I dread having to go there.
The queuing of 20 people is common, taking 45 minutes. The place does not seem to be managed, packets of medicine stored higgledy pigledy rather than alphabetically. This pharmacy needs gripping and staff organised.
The building is dirty with dusty shelves, apparently understaffed.
