I would avoid using this pharmacy, I contacted them to order a re prescription after having to call 3 times for them to pick up the phone the person i spoke to sounded very uninterested and did not explain the process when i called next day to query about the medication i was told that the prescription was not available yet and when i asked more questions the person over the phone got defensive and rude and put the phone down on me, i called my Gp and they informed me that the request was not put to them till next day 11am although I informed the pharmacy its urgent they couldn’t care, i always wondered why they are so empty compare to the pharmacy next to them, now i have my question answered! because they are not as efficient or professional.
I wanted to express just how impressed I was by Jennings Chemist. My GP had inadvertently prescribed an antibiotic which was extremely hard to obtain. The incredibly professional Jennings staff (and particularly Peter, the pharmacist) took the time to review the situation, make contact with the GP, talk through my options, and work with the GP to find a more readily available medication and re-issue the prescription. The investment of time and effort from the pharmacist was absolutely incredible. I genuinely feel that Jennings cares deeply about its patients and community. Thank you so much - and I would recommend that everyone in Battersea supports this vital local business.
After reading the reviews online I decided to go to Jennings for my vaccinations for my trip to Africa, went in on my days off, no appointment needed, was able to be seen straight away and given all the info I needed. Knowledgeable, reliable and convenient. Highly recommend.
Really impressed, gave them a call to discuss my travel vaccines - staff are really helpful and offered us a joint appointment to discuss our options at a time suitable for us both. Prices are also competitive - much better than most of the larger London travel clinic prices!

I was employed as a pharmacist in October 2020 for a half a day. I, and my agency, have been chasing payment from them since that time and they refuse to pay and do not get back to me. Extremely unprofessional and cannot be trusted.
