Friendly family owned business, polite and cheerful. Large fish and chips £9.5… portion could be larger and fish was a little bland, but other then that good ????????
Avoid! By far THE worst piece of fish I've ever had. I bit in to the fish expecting proper flakes of fish; instead I crunched down on its rock hard spine. Absolutely vile. The fish itself was just mush. Mushy peas were cold. Chips were cold. Enough to make you go vegetarian!

Lovely to have such an amazing family run fish and chip shop.
Just had pie and chips delivered the chips are all bits not a good size chip in the portion, the pie is very shallow got two big lumps of fatty gristle ( not the chip shop fault).
Well I had to leave the meal. Rather have 10 big chip than a load little bits that you can’t eat. The chips seems like the have been boiled rather than fried.
The best by far! A lovely family business who are very friendly and welcoming. I will visit again soon.
