Unbeatable service. I called Frank at late notice, following a fault arising just a couple days before I was due to need my car for a weekend away. Frank kindly stayed on so I could get my car to him, assuring me he would have it ready before the weekend. True to his word, he kept me updated throughout, provided a professional service and was transparent regarding works and prices (extremely good value). Will return for additional works and services.
I just called to enquire about booking an MOT service. It was a very unpleasant experience. Thank God I didn’t go ahead with the service he was very sarcastic and unprofessional. During the phone call he asked how far I was, I proceeded to say my location and he said “where the hell is that, well I’m only about 160 miles away from you”. His comrades in the background all bursted into laughter. Very strange. I said I thought you were based in clapham. He then said it is a bank holiday which I am fully aware of, yet on google and his website it states that he is open. Hence why I called. Alternatively, he could had just said when he’d be next available instead of being condescending & rude. I’m glad I didn’t waste my time here.
Frank has looked after my dog transport car for more than thee years. I trust him implicitly and he always goes the extra mile and does a fantastic job. Really honest and very reasonably priced. He also has a wonderful personality. Would 100% recommend.
If you need a mechanic call Frank. He goes above and beyond. The most reliable, honest and trustworthy guy you will ever meet in this trade. If only I'd taken my BMW to Frank prior to the hours and pounds spent in the BMW garage.
Fantastic garage with a fantastic service. Super helpful and reasonably priced. Have had a number of major issues with my car lately and have tried doing the work myself. Frank is super knowledgeable has advised on whatever I needed to do and helped when I haven’t been able to do things myself. Would recommend as best garage in SW London
Frank is the best! He’s been looking after my car for a number of years and I never have any problems with him. You can tell he really cares about the cars he works on. Good communication through the repair process, very fair prices and a lovely bloke.
Frank has maintained my car for 5yrs.
He has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions for my 16 year old car.
I would agree 100% about the charges being reasonable ,and the standard of work being exceptional.

A really honest, genuine, and helpful guy. Frank's clientele are mostly women because he is not the stereotypical mechanic, he has no bias towards gender, and to him everyone is a valuable customer. I was recommended Frank and he honestly is the best mechanic I've ever had in over a decade of car ownership.
