Simon was amazing. He took the impressions for my new denture plate on the Thursday, and following very minor alterations he fitted the plate 5 days later, one day before I went to Portugal on a family holiday.
I had been given a plate on the NHS 6 months earlier which unfortunately was a complete disaster.
I couldn’t have been more impressed and happy with Simon’s service, and would have absolutely no hesitation in giving JB Bristol my complete recommendation. ????????????
Absolutely brilliant! I had been unhappy for years with ill fitting dentures with teeth that were too large that changed my look totally. Simon was fantastic - I gave him a photograph of myself before I lost my teeth which he used to construct my new denture.
I am just so happy with the outcome. Simon is very attentive, professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him.
Thank you to Jaime and his team for first class treatment with great explanation and bedside manner, I can't fault the 5 star service.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my Mum, Helen Smart who recently visited the Kingswood branch to rectify her misfitting dentures, which had been over-filed by the Dentist and we're no longer comfortable, but worse then that leaving Mum unable to eat properly.
Simon was very professional, and provided a great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.

Simon was a perfectionist constructing two new dentures for me. Talking me through the different stages. I am delighted with the finished articles. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for denture work.
I had a really poor fitting denture which I paid £600 plus for and my dentist told me I would get used to it over time..some two years later was still too painful to wear so I visited J B Denture clinic where Simon took just 20 minutes to adjust the denture..The fit was so much better...just wish I had given them a try earlier. Would recommend them in a heart beat.. Thank you Simon
I have now been to JB Dentures twice and am very happy with the service. I went in the first time assuming I would have to buy a new denture - I had been to 3 'specialists' in 4 years and each one had reccomended a new denture, charged around £1000 and left me uncomfortable. It was so refreshing to meet Simon at JB who talked me out of buying a new denture , suggesting that the one I had could be adjusted to fit properly. Bear in mind this was only 3 days after another denture specialist had told me the current fit was the best I was going to get while my mouth was healing from surgery.
I was initially sceptical but the small adjustment he made during my first consultation gave such an improvement that I then simply went with his suggestion of a soft lining. The bill was around £220 and since then I have had 7 months of comfort without even needing any denture glue (and I have no lower teeth at all). I then had a small (free) adjustment to keep it fitting lovely.
I have been so impressed that I am now going back to have an implant retained denture made in preference to the implants I had booked elsewhere. I will be using JB Denture services permanently, wherever I live.
