Such lovely, friendly, helpful staff. It's like going back in time, but in a good way. You feel like they are listening to you and although it's not a massive pharmacy they seem to have everything you might need.

Not good. They didn't re-order my repeat prescription and I was told 'oops' we must have 'skipped it. Also young counter girl seems as if she's on palliative care and just hanging around until she passes away.

First time I want in the store, they used my name when speaking to me. They showed genuine kindness. I was touched. They looked me in The eye throughout the whole conversation. I was truly amazed. Will not go back to the one have been going to for several years, Never again. They go above and beyond.

I have been using this chemist for 25 years since I moved to Nottingham. The service that I receive is excellent and would recommend this chemist to anyone that needs one! The staff are always cheerful and extremely helpful and I can always go there for advice. Highly recommended nothing is ever too much trouble. The pharmasist has always given me outstanding services and has always been able to help when needed I never go anywhere else as they have my full trust and wellbeing at heart.
