Excellent service and Friendly staff very simple Boss. He looked after my car for the last 8 years and it is still like a new car. I had this car for 21 years from new.
If it is not for ULEZ Iwould have kept this car for another 10 years.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I took my mini in to fix the drivers side front seat. The seat was perfect with all the features in tact accept it couldn’t slide forward all the way in which I was told was a quick fix. After waiting over the time they gave they Then decided I needed a whole new seat that day which they would get for nothing of there scrap guy. I then asked them to check a possible leak on the engine oil tank. Which they said again would be a 5 minute job the same day. Once I got there they updated the price a extra £80 for the check. They said it wasn’t a problem and that it was the power steering leaking. I continued to drive my car keeping a eye on the power steering fluid for my car to CUT OUT. This was due to no engine oil. I then disputed with them there check as they WRONGLY ADVISED ME! They didn’t take any accountability for it and tried to make out they only done the seat and my new bill from 140 to 220 was labour costs. I WAS LEFT WITH NO CAR AND NO REFUND!!!
I used Jayam's garage to fix the coolant leak on my car. The mechanic happened to be in my area at the time when I called them, so he came to my house to diagnose the issue. I had a very good experience with this garage. They were very quick to fix my car and get me back on road. They are very professional garage, provided excellent service, affordable price and very friendly staff. I will be definitely be using them again in the near future and will also recommend them to my circle.
I couldn't be any happier with the service I received. Jay was super helpful, very prompt in communication and they fixed my car super quick at a really reasonable price. Plus on the top of it all they also washed it for me so I got my car back nice and shiny - this was a real extra mile!
Having dealt with a number of mechanics before, never received such a worldclass service and great value for money.

Took my car in to have the rear bumper removed, and a replacement sprayed and fitted; cannot fault the service one bit. Dropped off Monday evening and had the car back Tuesday evening with regular updates throughout. Absolutely fantastic quality of work and great customer service. I will most definitely be back for future work.
Jayam's Automobile fixed some scuffs on my door and bumper, with the correct pearl crystal paint. Looks brand new !

Jeyam and his team were really helpful and worked really quickly on what turned out to be quite a big job. He stayed late so I could bring the car in on Tuesday night after only calling an hour earlier, gave me a quote and was working on it by 9am on Wednesday morning with it all finished by Thursday afternoon. I needed 3 tries at the MOT in the end but he worked it so that I only paid for 1, and investigated an oil leak and fixed it for free as I'd had so much other work done. He cleaned my car and when securing the right side of my loose bumper also redid old (poorer quality) work on the left side too, without being asked to and without charging. He kept me updated with photos of the work and calls and I'd definitely go back again for any other work. He explained things clearly and was always polite and friendly. Thank you!
I visited my local bodyshop for a repair quote. I felt the estimate was over the top so I googled for local garages in the area and Jayam's popped up as being a mile away. The positive google reviews helped.
I found the experience exemplary. Cost of repair was significantly less than an earlier quote. Customer service was excellent. Quality of body work and respray were factory standard. Collection time was as stated. Periodic updates were provided by the garage whilst my car was there.
I now catch myself casting a delighted eye over my shoulder at my car each time I park and walk away from it.
I recommend.
