Collection order, was told it will be 20 minutes was actually 35 minutes, anyway got home to find chicken chow mien mien was missing. Called up to check order and it was ordered, said they would cook right away 5 mins, 15 mins later still waiting, asked for some prawn crackers on the house and absolutely refused, got home and the rest of our order was now cold , been using them exclusively for 30 years,

I can only say one word shocking.. I've been using since the age of 13 I'm now 31 every time I come to parents I order from here and say best Chinese.
Well wow I am so wrong..
Well ordered and food was disgusting to say the least I politely called and told them chicken balls was Brown chicken, then bits of pink and rubbery, not only that the dough was wet, ribs overly salty and not usual meat of chef I would say too. I complemented the other two dishes.
Called up to get abuse by woman shouting. Was told nothing to be done and it was fine.. clearly not because in the years of ordering I've never complained.. but due to the dog attitude I can't believe I've ordered from you for so many years and never Ever again.. apparently my parents address is blacklisted now and they never ordered anything. Very strange customer service. after shouting at me that much down the phone my partner went down to have words and get refund from there disgusting response and had to argue for it with a bag of food that had not been eaten
Your place is clearly going hill and I would like to never be shouted at because my food you cooked was not nice if they had dealt with it properly then fair enough but that was awful
Really nice food completely ruined by rude staff, I’d spend your money somewhere that is actually grateful for their customers.
One of the best takeaways in Tamworth. Food always of a good standard . Definitely recommended.
First time ordering from here, extremely disappointed. 2/3 dishes were poor. Most of the food was cold, the duck was not crispy in the slightest (as advertised) and non of the food was nice. Rang to complain and ask for a refund, we were told that refunds can’t be given as per the police. We asked what the refund policy was and she told us only if there was a problem with the food. We then further explained that it was cold and not as advertised (as well as horrible in taste). This conversation went round in circles to which the lady on the phone hung up on us. This was extremely unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. Will definitely not be a return customer and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
The jasmine house is easily the best Chinese EVER!!!! Its rare we order from anywhere else any more, because its always rubbish compared to the jasmine house. Only thing they could do to be better, is take card payment instead of cash, but other than that minor inconvenience it's soooooo delicious!!!
Ordered from here 3 meals. The one was fine but the duck was not crispy and overall very slimy and fatty. The beef in black been sauce was disgusting aswell as the sauce for the duck. The food was also Luke warm even tho we collected it earlier than was told to come. Rang them up and the girl on the desk simply said, "taste is objective and I'm sorry you didn't like your food but if it's been touched we cannot offer a refund" we went round in circles for about 20 minutes as she proceeded to say "I'm not going to give you a refund and that's the end of it and hung up on me. She kept repeating that there isn't really a refund policy and that if you don't like the food don't order from us again. Really wouldn't recommend this place even if you have a good meal the people here are just outright disrespectful.
First time ordering from Jasmine House and will probably be the last. I read the previous good reviews and thought we'd try it but was left really disappointed with the food, the chicken balls were all burnt to with in an inch of their life, the beef chow mein was extremely oily and inedible and the spring roll had such a strong garlicy taste to it it made my taste buds numb! Only saving grace for this place was the delivery guy he was very happy and a pleasure to deal with. They might have just been having an off day as it happens but it has put me off ordering again.
