They don't give you the invoice for the work they do. Always insist on cash dealing.
Recently, my Prius's heating was not working. They said they changed the heaters. It did not work. Went twice to their workshop, they said the boss (Khan) was not in. The other one who looked at said it must be something else as well apart from the heater which is preventing heating.
Actual problem diagnosed somewhere else was the water leakage from the radiator. I suspect they even did not change the heater but charged me £150.
Avoid them at all cost.
My Toyota Prius had some issue but no one understood the issue in town. A friend of mine recommended me go visit this place.
Upon arrival Mr Khan (owner and mechanic) welcomed me in a very professional way, I’ve explained everything to him and he said don’t worry I’ll sort this out for you.
Luckily I got the appointment for the next day at 11am and within 40mins I was ready to drive it.
Very professional staff and always busy obviously because of his great services.
I’ll recommend you to book an appointment with Mr Juan over the phone instead of walk in to save your time as it’s extremely busy place.

Very friendly taj staff and he is so intelligent and well trained experienced. He just changed my ECU within 10 minutes. So I catch my job on time . I thought that day I will miss my job . I'm from Preston but still I love to go there. Don't waste ur time to go somewhere else pls . 1st go there then u can choose am I right or wrong?
Cannot describe how much these guys helped me. Very professional very knowledgeable. The young lad who drove back to my house to help was amazing. Cannot fault. Million percent will use again
Had a caliper break disks and brake pads replaced

But after you buy they don't call back like they promised
And when something goes wrong they don't answer back
They promised an.invoice and.they didn't give that
We.kept asking for it and they just ignored us
Had to pay extra somewhere else to fix minor repaid they promised it's fixed part of the wRrenty
So avoid recommend
Not going back there
