Wonderful little place with a surprisingly large selection of baked goods, chocolates, coffee, and hot food.

We decided on the venison casserole which was delicious and tender. We also got a cookie and a caramel chocolate frangipane tart type thing with fresh cream. Both were amazing.

I assume we spoke to the owners whilst there and they were both very friendly and helpful. I would recommend stopping in! We are definitely going to pop back for some Jamaican curry. ☺️

So glad we stumbled upon Janns cakes when driving through Dunvegan! We had the casserole, coffees & of course had to try the baked goods- the Lemon cake was to die for!!! Best Lemon cake I’ve ever had. We also had the blueberry lemon cake which was also equally delicious! We also had to sample the chocolate made with honey and whisky.. everything we tasted was worth the calories! I love supporting local businesses, especially when the owners are so friendly and welcoming. Next trip out to Skye, we will be returning to this little gem!

Delicious hand made cakes, tarts and pies. The store has restricted business hours, definitely check the days and good before you stop. We enjoyed the Bakewell tart (most delicious I've ever had) with hand whipped cream. It's run by a cute couple, eating in is not an option. This is a must stop on your way to Dunvegan , Neist Point or Coral beach.

Amazing massive cakes and chocolates! Loved the vibe as soon as we got in, including the Caribbean music ???? and very important: NO ICING! Yaaay

We’re planning to go back for chowder and more cakes while we’re on the Isle. Luckily, we found this gem early on in our trip!

Run by a lovely pair who clearly pour love and care into their hand-made cakes. I recommend stopping by here for some of their delicious cakes. They had a brilliant selection, with organic options too. The price reflects the quality, so dont let that put you off. The cherry bakewell tart was awesome! Brillaint bakery, would thoroughly recommend.

A little gem of a place ! We drove by on 1 January 2024 @16:00 by our surprise this lovely place was open.Nothing else is open on the Isle of Skye.

And what a great welcome you get when you go inside by the couple working here.we ordered 1 lamb Jamaican curry delicious , and we had a coconut cake and a little whiskey flavoured truffle and two coffees and the coffee was just what we needed after our walks and drives.definitely will be back when we are on Skye ????

Absolutely amazing! Came to this town during winter and unfortunately most shops were closed except Jann’s Cakes. We got a pie as well as a toastie, and it was real good! Service was also so pleasant and kind, and we’re glad we got to try some small bites from this town.

Cakes are DELICIOUS! Slices are huge and they’re well worth the money! Both people running the shop were also lovely! 10/10 would recommend.
