Go here for all my car needs. Martin is absolutely brilliant.
Had my car for approximately 5 years no matter how I try and contact Martin he will never return my phone calls. Advise people beware
Jam Saab were brilliant. Called them earlier in the week to enquire about new brake discs and pads. They managed to fit me in to their busy schedule with only 2 days notice. The work was done to great standard in less than 2 hours and all very reasonably price. Definitely using them again for all my Saab repairs.
Took our 1993 classic after I couldn't solve the issue. Martin had all the answers very quickly. Unfortunately our car has had its time and is going to valhalla. The good side of this is Martin was genuine, honest and straight. I'll definitely be back
Martin is a Saab magician who puts up with my girlie explanations of the problems I take to him and fixes them. I have never before met a mechanic who cares so much about the cars he works on and his customers. Highly recommended.
I needed an electric hood repaired which was a simple job but I couldn’t find any other hood repairs within 60 miles of home
Jam Saab analysed and fixed problem efficiently and the fee was very reasonable when they could have charged the earth.
I can not recommend them high enough and will definitely use their services again
Thanks chaps
Very nice guys to deal with
The leading uk independant SAAB specialist ? I am around £3000 out of pocket thanks to this trader. And my car has done more miles on the back of a recovery truck, than actual miles on the road. I trusted Martin after reading so many good reviews, and thought he was a cut above the usual back street cow boys.
So felt condident in taking my car from birmingham to bristol, Martin is a friendly chap until there is a problem and money has changed hands. In my experience when there is a problem with work carried out, he more or less washes his hands of it, and even told me to inspect it myself. But after making the matter public on a saab forum, he agreed to take a look at it.
After paying more money in secondary repairs the car was still not fixed. And if anything he just patched it up. And hinted the oil pump probably needed to be replaced. After making him aware of my intent to start third party legal action, the car reluctantly was transported at my expense back to bristol. I say reluctantly as I knew since the repairs would not be making him any money, the fix would just be another patch up bodge job. I have the car back and the same low oil pressure issue persists. Rendering it undriveable and only fit for spares. So I would advise caution when dealing with this trader.
