For starters, the service was wayyyy more than I was told. £160 on the phone, £230 in person. That, I can forgive and I was going to let it go. But, I had my MOT today and got an advisory for a leaking oil filter, which was replaced (supposedly) by James motor company 3 months ago. What a joke, never go here!!!
Brought my car to James Motor Company Auckley this week and have to say amazing job, MOT and service and they even washed the car for me. Highly recommend them not only the customer service but price and time also. See you next year.
A very good local garage which I have used many times. Just an MOT this time but the same great service. They've improved the site recently and open early so I could drop the car off to fit in with my schedule which was a bonus.
