Jacksons is a great place and are amazing at what they do. Providing experience for those who need extra attention is wholesome to see. The staff are very polite and deliver an excellent service. The venue is clean with the food and drink held at a high standard. Always a pleasure to visit.
About 10 years ago when i was a child I got lost from my family on the road this cafe is on, a nice pair of ladies brought me to this cafe and the staff looked after me for a couple hours until my family found me, they gave me a free drink and comforted me whilst I was very panicked, I’ll forever appreciate that moment and its great how this place also provides work opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities.

Amazing place with a great selection of freshly prepared breakfast and lunch options. Jacksons Cafe also have a workforce that strongly support equal opportunities for young adults with special needs.
Great place for tea and delicious homemade cakes. Aside from the tasty morsels this is an excellent Social Enterprise which provides a great vehicle for individuals with learning difficulties to gain technical skills but also break down social barriers that can pose a bigger life challenge. I'm so glad that the cafe made it through the lockdown period and hope it continues to bloom.
Absolutely love Jacksons. The cafe gives training to young people with learning difficulties.
The menu is small but the all day breakfast is great value.
If you go be patient and you'll have a nice meal and very friendly service.

Jacksons Cafe is one of my favourite places to go in Romford for breakfast, really reasonable prices and the staff are welcoming and very attentive. I recently this cafe to everyone I know.
