We had an unexpected issue with our car yesterday after travelling 300 miles for a Christmas break with our 3 year old daughter. We didn't know any garages so rang around a few to try and get help. When we rang Jackson Motors, their approach to helping us was second to none. The person we dealt with (I think his name was Lee) was funny, friendly, positive, enthusiastic and made us feel at ease in a stressful and worrying situation for us. We cannot fault the service, price, turn around or customer service.
When they had repaired our car, Lee rang us and even picked us up and ran us back to his garage to get our car because we had no quick form of transport to get there.
If we lived around here, we would definately use Jackson Motors for both our cars.

Highly recommend this garage. Nothing ever too much bother for them and they take the time to explain everything and answer any questions. I've used them for breakdown/repairs, servicing and MOT and cannot fault them at all, everything fixed in a timely manner and reasonable pricing. They've gone out of their way to help at times, fitting me in at short notice even though its clear they are busy, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Excellent service, very glad to have found this garage locally after moving to the area.
We've been taking our cars to Jackson's Motors for a few years now. The customer service provided is outstanding. Lee is great. He's honest and trust worthy. He definitely won't rip you off. I know nothing about cars but Lee always explains exactly what does and doesn't need doing and isn't patronising! You never have to wait long to get your car in & repairs are done promptly. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Thanks Lee!

Friendly, extremely practical, knowledgeable and totally honest - couldn’t have been better to deal with. Would recommend Jackson’s to anyone without hesitation. Lee is a decent chap and has completely restored my faith in the motor industry.
Was recommended Jackson Motors as they are a diagnostic specialist: resolved and fixed my car in just a couple of hours. Very reasonably priced, and a friendly, helpful team. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone else without hesitation.
Very professional service , Lee listened to my requirements and did an excellent job . New disks and pads and a full alignment . Car feels and handles great, Lee cares about his work - my car was even foam washed down just before collection - highly recommended .
I bought my car in as the engine light came up, Lee was very friendly and checked it over and was honest about the results along with giving advice on how to go about my problem. There was no pressure to pay out for this problem!! Lee seen to my car very quickly, same day as I rang up. Overall, he's a sound guy and you can trust him!
