Been going here for 4 years. And every time the owner is just rude. But now I’ve decided not to bother going back to him. After my MOT. He left my boot open my bonnet open and the car was unlocked on the side of the road. Can’t trust anyone. He wrote my number down wrong and blamed me for telling him the right number that he wrote down wrong. I’m not interested in giving business to him. I’ve told everyone to not go there anymore. He doesn’t know what customers service is.
I had a very bad experience with this people. As they will loot money from customers.Don’t recommend to go this place and waste your money. It’s a cheating place and cheating people.
My daughter is at Uni in Southampton and this garage has been very helpful with her car. Did an MOT on a Saturday morning, then today they have diagnosed and fixed what turned out to be an ignition issue. Good service. Beware though it is cash only.
Very good service. Having been using them for more than 10 years. No complains. If you want to buy your own parts before you book your car for service they will allow you to do so. You can buy the service parts when there is promotion and keep them till you take your car for the annual service. I have referred my friends as well and none have come back with complains.
The worst lair and dodgy mechanic I ever seen in my entire life , be careful guys don’t try to go to this garage , they are very bad service.
Had some ongoing issues with my Audi A3 for a while now and been in and out of various garages. Being a student in Southampton and not knowing the local garages makes it hard to find one you can trust, but these guys solved the ongoing issue with my car at a great price. I will definitely be going back there for any issues in the future, and my MOT. Very professional, hardworking and friendly people.
Friendly Service. Sorted out my battery problem in less than 2 hours. They are happy to explain things to you and pricing is affordable. Would recommend :-)
I'm lucky to find a local friendly honest garage. Nothing is too much trouble including coming to get me when my clutch went. Up front about costs (which are very reasonable) I wouldn't go anywhere else.
