An exceptional family run garage providing trustworthy and thorough service on every aspect of keeping my car afloat at a price I can afford. This is the best garage I have ever encountered in 50 years of driving.
We have a Range Rover, coincidentally the same model as the owners, and recently had it in for a service.
I got a strong sense of their expertise, knowledge and passion and genuinely felt I could trust their advice.
For example they could have replaced a specific part and charged accordingly but instead they advised it didn’t need replacing yet. Rather than making a quick buck, they’ve made a long standing customer. I wish I found these guys much earlier!
I felt price was reasonable too, especially as they used genuine parts.
I use J H Cox for my general services and MOT , recently a new car I had bought had a clutch failure and was under warranty , they undertook the repair even though they were already fully booked , they sent me updates along the way while dealing with the warranty company , only used genuine new parts with guarantees and even showed me the old failed parts taken out , there were no crazy inflated prices or hidden costs . I had my Audi back within a week and was even loaned one of their cars ! They are reliable ,honest and highly experienced I won’t take my car any where else , highly recommend them if you need anything done !
Can't give enough praise for these guys. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and genuinely interested in the wellbeing of their customers. They spent several months helping me search for and select the perfect second hand car for my budget and needs, and now I have a fantastic vehicle that they were kind enough to do an on the house inspection of. I Will definitely be coming here for as long as I am in Cambridge.
Took my Audi to Josh and Julian at JH Cox motor engineers with turbo failure and to replace the Cam Belt and water pump. Not only did they fix the aforementioned problems, but also diagnosed the route cause and fixed this too. Extremely friendly and honest! Would highly recommend.
