I think this pharmacy is great can't do enough for me always happy to help I put my prescription in and they above and behond and got it ready in less than 24 hours. The pharmacist is so helpful with advice from him and Jackie is amazing. 5 stars ✨
the worst pharmacy i have ever used no people skills and not helpful at all....
Every time I go to this pharmacy the staff at the counter have been so impolite. No hello, not even a smile. But for people in their own race they are much more friendly. You guys are still getting paid to provide a positive customer service right?
Not happy recently move to this pharmcy thought give me good service went to pick up my medicines been told sorry can't give it you before 2 pm as no pharmacist present. They also said they deliver but refused they don't do delivery.very disjointed.looking some one provide good service any recommendations please
Went in today, bought two envelopes from chemist counter. The Karen with the short white hair directed me to the far right corner of store to a stand and said I could fill in the address details on envelope. Walked to corner only to find it was just stand with no accessible place to write. I walked back over to post office stand and short white hair Karen along with short black hair Karen were giggling with each other. 100% agree with the other racial discrimination comments. Show the same level of disrespect, call em out for being Karen’s, that will wipe the entitlement of those wrinkly old faces

The staffs receptivity does not extended itself to some people who are outside their cultural range . l personally found the younger staff members dismissive, unfriendly. And full of self importance. And are very eager to expect persons to shout out their personal details in the chemist for all and sundry to hear when asked for ID verification . I have NEVER known any member of staff there show any friendly reception . Thankfully I have no need to obtain my prescriptions from that chemist anymore. I have a delivery to my home from a company that is not affiliated to this chemist
. And very glad for this home delivery to. As for the post office inside the chemist they seem to open as and when they feel. Also the external cash point service is quite often starved of cash. Very unreliable indeed.
This is a very friendly chemist. All the Staff are very helpful. There is a different Pharmacist in there now, and he couldn't be more friendly and more helpful. Well done J & A for making life easier. Thank you. The Post Office Staff are very friendly as well.
