I've been using this chemist for some years now, both the pharmacists Mr Ebi and Mr Suri are very knowledgeable and you will always get the best advice.
Also, all the staff are willing to go an extra mile for all the patients!

Ephraim has been a core vital part of the Kings Road village for the 20 years we have lived in the neighbourhood. He and his colleagues go out of their way to give great service to all and is a real friend to many. IT Lloyds is a vital element of the tapestry of the area. Long may that continue.

During Covid, when it isn't easy to see a doctor, he and his team are reassuring and practical so a problem can often be solved without a visit to the surgery.

Terrible experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist had forgotten to order my medication and rather than apologise he tried to convince me that it was my fault for not having phoned in advance. Having previously worked in pharmacy for over 6 years I have never once expected a patient to call in advance to ask for a prescription to be filled and I am shocked that this is what he is telling his customers. Very concerning.
What a lovely little pharmacy. Compact, efficient, and staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommended.
