Mr Nigel Monaghan helped me when my ex took me to court over access with my daughter. Every step of the way he was there to reassure me and explain each step. Mr Monaghan is very experienced, he also represented my mother thirty something years ago when she was going through similar when I was a baby. His knowledge and experience helps him advise you with how things would go if they went to court and what is best to do keeping my daughters best interest at heart. The outcome for the final hearing was a lot better than I expected and I thank him for all of his hard work with this. I would highly recommend Mr Monaghan to anyone.
