We had the most difficult house buying process, that dragged on over almost a year - it is thanks to the phenomenal work of Diane Bootland that eventually got us over the line and to complete on our sale and purchase. She was professional, responsive and quick to act, prepared at every point so we were ready at every step of the way. Diane was always happy to answer questions and explain things so we knew what we were doing. Whilst she was on annual leave her colleagues provided the same excellent service and support. Brilliant service and firm, I could not recommend highly enough for conveyancing.

The service received from Rachael in regards to the sale of my house and the purchase of another was fantastic. She was always available if I had any questions and was really helpful when my first sale fell through.
We needed to sort out our wills which were quite complicated. Rachel was extremely helpful. She understood our situation immediately and provided a solution which we had not considered. It was a great relief as we had been worried about about it for a long time.
Unfortunately, we arranged for Ison Harrison Guiseley to complete our wills. They made many errors within the paperwork, the fatal issue the paperwork being sent to the wrong address. The letter had absolutely no return address on neither was it sent via a secure delivery method. After we - not ison harrison - had managed to track down the letter it had been opened. This paperwork contained every piece of personal and financial detail relating to us.
This was at the beginning of December. We have since called and written to them asking for a response, yet to date (some 7 weeks later) we are still to receive even a mere apology. We are now seeking guidance on pursuing this complaint further.
Avoid if you would like your private credentials to remain private, that is if they actually return your calls.
