The manager Debbie I think her name is never had any bother going in before but today was outrageous the way she spoke to me and treated me in front of a busy shop. After having a dispute about a wrong order she consist on being rude and overly sarcastic shouting to enjoy my rolls on way out no apology for wrong order and made out I asked for something I didn't. This could have been easily dealt with with a simple apology and change of order but she insisted that she wasn't in the wrong smirking and laughing at how mean she was being towards me never experienced customer service like this before. Was far to upset and angry to even eat the rolls after they we're changed to the right one. My partner was the same said he didn't want to eat them now in case she had done something to them. Won't be back in again.
One of the staff older lady with light coloured hair she speak to customers with no respect we ordered two Killy pie rolls with brown sauce we go to this shop almost everyday if I'm not in my partner or brother goes in but always around the same kind of orders and the lady gave us curry Poe's with brown sauce on them instead we popped in to swap them over expecting a simple sorry I picked you up wrong to be treated like scum. She then started behaving really sarcastic I ended up in tears after leaving the shop today I won't be back. I just worry about older customers being treated this way it was totally embarrising and so disrespectful.

The Chicken and Black Pudding Pie I had here was absolutely tremendous, one of the best pies I’ve had in a long time!
