Really disappointed, was going to order for the family, asked if the chips were cooked separately from meat and fish- told no. I'd assumed as they offer veggie burger and chips this would of been cooked in separately.
Was extremely busy and they moved the queue quickly. The one portion of chips we did buy were a little on the grease side.
Order was placed and the staff put it in wrong and overcharged us wrongly, sign stating no refunds can be issued. We didn’t ask for a refund so as not to cause a fuss however this was their mistake. Advertised veggie burger and chips as a meal to find out the chips are not vegetarian? Battered sausage and chips were extremely greasy and unpleasant, tasted like the oil has not been changed in a while. Portion size small for the price also. Would not recommend!!
We arrived in Ironbridge and just wanted something quick to eat after checking into our hotel. I had the Donna meat and chips, and my partner had the large cod and chips. The prices were reasonable, the portions were a good size, and the takeaway is in a good central location that is really easy to find. The staff were happy and welcoming, and the place looked clean. I would use this takeaway again.
The fish and chips were really good, and the portions were quite generous. The service from the girls was fast and they were really friendly. The lady at the counter was also very nice. If I ever find myself back in Ironbridge, I know where to go.

Order was incorrect when we arrived home so I called to ask what the restaurant would like to do about it to end up with the phone being put down on me. I then opened up the boxes of food to find overcooked chips and sausage in the picture. Absolutely disgusting!
We were in the mood for some takeaway food, but we weren't feeling fish, so we ended up going for some tasty chicken tikka and chips. Let me tell you, the food was top-notch - it was hot, flavorful, and just hit the spot. And the service? Absolutely fantastic. The young man and lady who took care of us were so kind and helpful. They didn't rush us and even let us try a bit of the chicken before we made our final decision. We left feeling satisfied and happy. Honestly, we can't wait to go back and enjoy another meal there during our next trip to Ironbridge.
My first time trying out this fish and chip joint in Ironbridge was a hit! Ordered two big portions of cod and chips, mushy peas, and four lattes. The food was top-notch – the fish had that perfect crispy batter, and the service was top-notch. Overall, a fantastic experience!
