This pharmacy is a big improvement ever since they got a new pharmacist.ever since this lady been in charge I have had no problems if there was a problem they have always sorted it out as soon as possible.so well done to you and all your pleasant staff for help and advice.also I love how they send a text message when your prescription is ready for collection a big 5stars????.

Tesco Pharmacy let me down badly with some urgent antibiotics. Telling me one thing one day and different the next day. Total lack of apology and a real couldn't care less attitude. Great credit to Laura Customer Service in trying to sort it out. Irlam Pharmacy not only promised me next day delivery but even suggested an alternative which was in stock. Mosslands had a GP issue a new prescription and I collected the alternative a few hours later. I have switched my regular prescriptions to them. Outstanding service and so friendly with it.

The staff are really friendly ,very helpful and go out of their way to help myself and my Hubbie , they also try to resolve and issues if any arise , but I can honestly say I don't know where I'd of been without them the last 4 yrs Thank you X
