I’d give zero stars if possible. What a complete shambles of a company. Over 5 months they had our car to basically replace a bumper. We were told that parts were a problem for Mercedes and take 5 months to arrive yet when the ‘part’ arrived and it was the wrong one they managed to get the ‘right’ part in less than a week?? Some of the staff there are as peed off as the customers (which consist mainly of Axa insurance vehicles because no one in their right mind would go there) so bye bye Saga for using them. They have a new manager now in the Whitland branch because the old one has had enough. Same man on reception though who will not give you a straight answer. I refused to go back for IRG Whitland to amend the work they had done (needs adjusting) and thankfully another garage are putting it right because I would never let my car go back there again.
Only positive outcome was we found a fantastic butchers in Whitland called ‘The London House Butchery’ check it out ????
Communication is non existent, promised courtesy car after courtesy car but yet still 4 weeks on nothing has been supplied. I was told a week ago a courtesy car was coming in the following day and that it would need a quick clean and then be ready for my use. A further week on, I'm sat with no car and unable to drive too and from work.
Unprofessional, poor quality of work and pushy to get you away.
Left parts off my vehicle which should've been replaced.
Absolute joke of a body shop.
Very easy handover of vehicle to be repaired so highly recommended.
My car went in to this company, and when I had it back, not one panel on the backend matched up and the front-end did not matched up. Two months down the line, the paint started peeling off now again. The paint starts peeling off. I think there is a bunch of cowboys working there. would never ever use this company again.
Never answer the phone. Issue still not been resolved since May 2023!!
REALLY BAD JOB. Looked like 15 old Saturday schoolboy done it , probably took him off broom and said have a go son ! They never answer the phone. left tape on and clear coated over it . didn’t fit clips to hold bumper on . left white overspray on bottom of bumper , and to top that scratched bumper !! Still waiting for them to re do , called today 7 times , no answer. They said they would re-do it urgently , god knows what slow would be , probably gonna find out !! You have been warned !! Use at your own peril !!
iRG in Whitland are absolutely superb.
Always kept in informed, very professional business.
