J'ai toujours été content de ce magasin. Personnel sympathique et compétant, notamment M. Andrey gérant de la succursale de Vevey. Le magasin rénové est top, clair et magnifique.
Monsieur Andrey, le responsable de la succursale à été extrêmement compétent, de bon conseil et serviable. Grâce à ses conseils j‘ai pu faire une belle économie.

Printed 55 photos which came out the wrong size (20x15 instead of 10x15). Woww when they started printing I immediately asked the staff to stop the machine after the 5th and if the remaining value of the 50 other ones could be settled on a vaucher. Answer was: no.
When I was about to pay for the 55 photos on the right size for chf 0,60 per piece ( CHF 33) they told me « exceptionally I would not have to pay those CHF 33). Still I paid CHF 71,50 instead of CHF 33.
This is a small purchase but if I were to buy a large kitchen item and picked the wrong size: would I have to « « exceptionally » still pay more than the double as well?»
