There is on going building work being done in the building so there are no signs to direct you to the right place, I was queuing up downstairs before being told I'm supposed to be upstairs, when I arrive upstairs there was no one on the front desk so I sat down and waited. After 15mins a lady by the name of Laura came out and told me im half hour late and ill have to re-book. Which wasn't the case.i also found her very rude.
Was referred to InHealth for a scan. InHealth were in touch within a day to make an appointment. I was called a few hours earlier on the day of the appointment to say that I could get it done earlier which was great for me. All very efficient and quick. Was given the results straightaway for my records. The medical centre is bring refurbished at the moment.

Today I attended my MRI screening appointment, and was met with exceptional customer service! It was my first time doing the screening, so I let the staff know I feel uneasy. The staff at the facilities were very polite, reassuring, and helpful. ???????????? A special big thanks to Tempany, who voluntarily offered to be present with me in the screening room, and was happy to hold my hand. I felt very comforted, and encouraged to proceed with the appointment, which went very well. ???????? Thanks also to Shanaya, who explained the procedure, and guided me through. The centre is located on the first floor of the Lincoln Road Medical Practice. There is no backstreet entrance to the building, so visitors should aporoach from the main street. There is a small lift which can be taken directly to the reception. The seating area is clean, bright and spacious. A large screen TV on the wall provides a form of entertainment while you wait for the appointment and the friendly receptionists are happy to answer any questions you have. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience for me.
Will given a no start for this medical center, receptionist not helpful at all. Whatever we ask, the answer only 'sorry! I don't know, I am not in charge, etc ' I don't know why they do not know, or they are not well trained. Parking is not good either, all the roadside parking is always parked by permanent car. When I am there continuously 2 days, still can see same cars parked at the same place.
I went for an MRI scan today and was concerned given the reviews on here, but have to say the receptionist was friendly and I got seen early . The Radiologists conducting the scan were kind, professional and reassuring.
I sadly had the most unpleasant experience. The technician carrying out my procedure was very unprofessional, reprimanded me for being late. My apology was not good enough (difficulties finding the place). Her response was, she had to also travel
All I could hear was her muttering behind the curtain. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
