Lovely food, enjoyed it, the nann bread was delicious! Service was good by the two gents but the 2 girls could do with being a bit more friendly! They seemed like they didn’t want to be there, I offered a tip and got the reply ‘if you want to’. It felt a bit awkward to be honest. That being said the food was super tasty, the chicken tikka for my daughter was amazing! Fresh!
Atmosphere was none existent, we were the only people in there (6:30pm Saturday night) and one of the girls awkwardly hovering around and seemed to choose a hiding place behind a pillar, weird…
Great meal at Indivala. All the meat was very well cooked and tender. The curry was spicy and flavoursome. Large portions and reasonable price.
Booked in here for 9pm. Sat down and the waiter had already said you can bring your own beer. So we went over the road, came back and the waiter said you cant drink that in here its Ramadan!!! Unbelievable. Why does Ramadan affect customers who aren't observing Ramadan.
If you come here make sure you get all the bloody rules before you sit down. Walked out in disgust and they've missed out on £250 worth of business.
I’m surprised at the great reviews that this restaurant gets after my own experience of a takeaway from this place. The lamb was dry and chewy, the rice was the same as the one used for the mushroom rice which had no taste whatsoever, the aloo and bindi came with the exact same tasteless baby food sauce which is not the normal accompaniment. The poppodoms didn’t even arrive with the usual accompaniments, but the naan was alright. Tasteless, not one fresh spice nor rich delicious aroma when it was delivered! What more can I say? I had been warned against patronising this restaurant and I just wish I’d listened. For me, it ended up being a total waste of money; I threw 90% of it away the next day after double checking that I’d not been too hasty! Such a wasted opportunity for this lovely village!
Family meal for the New Year. What an amazing array of food and drinks. If you are looking for a quality restaurant, look no further. Thank you folks ????????
We ordered a takeaway on Friday evening, it was ready on time and was absolutely delicious. We both ordered lamb samba and pillau rice with a chilli naan. The meal was very tasty and beautifully cooked. We will definitely be returning.
Ordered two take out’s ready really quickly. Chicken Korma was more like a soup as sauce far too thin. Same for chicken tikka. Onion Bhaji was nice but a very disappointing £30 takeaway. Happened twice now but gave the first experience the benefit of the doubt.
Great food, excellent service, authentic music.
