Portions are very small. My partner ordered a large donor kebab and chips, barely any meat over the chips. No where near the amount you'd get for the same price at a different restaurant. Other than that i enjoyed my beans and chips, the onion rings were too wet.
Had a delivery tonight chips were horrible couldn't eat them potato fritter was still hard won't order again

I'm baffled by all the great reviews, the place is never open, it's Wednesday at 1.00 and it's shut now, as it is every evening.
The chips when it was open were nice enough but I live a hundred yards away and I only see it open Sunday for lunches.
It's more a hobby chip shop than a real chippy.
This is the best place for chips around here. Food is consistently good and always freshly cooked. Portion sizes are very generous, a large portion of chips is enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.
You can phone your order through in advance, worth knowing as sometimes there can be a wait if the chips are being cooked.
Also worth knowing that they don't do chips on Sundays!
Listed as a parcel drop off point on the DHL website but when trying to post my parcel there, the store assistant looked like she had never heard of it or didn't know what to do. Waste of my time.
Had cod and chips here today really disappointed.
Chips were spot on in fairness but the cod was a big let down.
It smelt really dodgy, fish didn't seem to be cooked properly and the batter wasn't cooked through. Crisp outside and very soggy underneath.
Maybe just a 1 off as I've never had fish here before.
Don't think I would want to try it again mind.
Literally the nicest chips I’ve ever had, the fish was also very tasty, my only slight criticism would be both my Husbands fish and mine had some quite large bones which could easily have been removed before cooking, we’ll definitely return though
