Our car's exhaust clamp broke on the way to our holiday. They were able to fit us in at short notice (admittedly it was a small job) and got us fixed, all for a very reasonable price. Danny was nice to talk to and straightforward about the likelihood of it getting fixed in time. 10/10 would have a break down on holiday with them again.
I can't recommend them highly enough. Had an issue niggling me, took my car in and Ian sorted it for me in no time - brilliant. They're really helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

The break pads went on our car an hour before we were due to be at a wedding, we managed to make it to I T Cullis just as they we’re about to close on a Saturday afternoon and Ian couldn’t have been more amazing! He gave us a courtesy car and we were literally back on the road within 5 minutes and made it just in time! He then managed to fix our car out of hours so we could get back to our little boy the next morning as we were 5 hours away!
Ian went completely above and beyond any service were received before, we can’t thank him enough and only wish we lived closer so he was our regular mechanic!

Took my classic car in for mot today. It passed, so well pleased, but the main thing i noticed was the care and respect Colin showed when doing the mot. No slamming of doors, very careful when jacking up...total respect. My thanks to him. I always feel so welcome when going to this garage and always found them fair and honest. They are all a credit to their trade.
