Brilliant helpful staff
Good customer service, friendly staff..I purchased my Hyundai Tucson from Read Hyundai Doncaster but found a couple of issues with it. I went to Read Hyundai Derby and they were brilliant and rectyfied the issues free of charge. My car was cleaned after each visit too. 5 star service.
New to brand. I found the receptionist and other staff welcoming and helpful. Booked my car in, returning later and presented clear feed back on issue. I wasn't given a list of things they recommended I get done, which was a pleasant surprise. It is a relatively small outlet but it is part of a larger group. That said I didn't feel they were doing me a favour, like some local 'premium' brands, who try to sell you more than you need. In terms of cost I can't comment yet, this was a warranty issue and free map update. I would expect them to be competitive, we will see.
This one experience has convinced me that my next car may not be a Hyundai ! Car in for service ,rang up at 3.30 and was told it was ready, when we got there all the paperwork was mixed with someone else,s and the car was missing. Eventually after waiting till 5.15 it turned up. Not impressed !!!!
Picked car up yesterday as promised, big thanks to Tom, Aaron and all the team for the excellent customer service.
Quick efficient service. Only drawback inside of car not cleaned due to covid-19 situation but leaves me concerned as to touch points in both our car and courtesy car as to hygiene safety.
