The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the pharmacist is great, however the space has now become too small for the amount of customers they have and it often takes a long time for them to find your prescription among the many they have prepared as organisation is lacking. You can literally just step inside the door and that's where you have to wait as the rest of the pharmacy (where you could once walk and browse) is now needed to store prescriptions and stock.
Main issues here are space- the table where you are served is right as you go in, this means to go in you can end up queuing outside. It is cramped and all customers waiting are on top of each other. This also means there is no privacy to discuss concerns unless you want a whole queue of people to know about it as well. You also have to share your address and details with other customers listening. This needs to be sorted out with better use of the space , should have privacy when discussing personal information and not have to queue outside. The place also looks a bit of a mess with prescriptions everywhere, staff are tripping over that and each other.
Staff were rude. Spoke in their own language which is not a problem but it is when they are being disrespectful about customers in the queue. The young girl who served me didn't realise I understood everything she said. Won't be using them again. No matter how desperate iam to collect and pay for medicine.
I was not well and had to send a friend to collect my prescriptions.
The lady who served only gave my medicine and was very rude. My friend then went again and said there is prescriptions which are ready for my children and partner too. I spoke to her in the phone and she goes you collected them last week etc, and don’t come without a text message etc. I told her I have the text messages and the GP Clark said it was sent in to the Pharmacy on the 6th Sep.
Another Asian lady who works in the Pharmacy tried to help and this lady told her to kind her own business and was rude to her as well.
Then after looking again she found all the medicine and gave to my friend.
Very rude and bad customer service. This was a great Pharmacy but have lost its service in the last few months. I will have to change due this bad experience.
Very professional service, the pharmacist refused to give the prescribed medicine as he said its not the correct dose for a child, which turned out to be correct. Thankful to them for doing their job properly and for protecting my child from an overdose.Excellent communication over the phone as well.
All the staff, new and existing are polite. They are inundated with thousands of new patients due to pharmacies in the area closing. They have always given me an excellent service
The time between a prescription being sent to the pharmacy and you getting a txt to say it is ready for you is very quick indeed.
I also needed to speak to the pharmacist while I was there, and he was extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone in the area to use this pharmacy.
