The only reason I gave one star is because there is no minus!!
Credit to the poor blonde ladies, whho were only nice part of this process.
They did not seem to have had much training, and left to deal with some harsh people.which I really do think the manner they offer is the only credit to this awful place.
So, genuinely as a company you really should be looking after your staff.
Whilst there to collect my car, an old, rather large belly grey haired came across rude, derogatory whilst I wass asking for information regarding charges and my belongings. To add to his disrespectful manner, he was shoving a cornish pasty into has mouth like he hadn't eaten for a week until I requested that its not really professional to be so rude, and watching food spitting out of his mount!
Final and most important points is that the belongings that had been bagged up had damaged some expensive prescription glasses, and so little care it literally looks like someone's burgled it

So I have been left with no choice but to see if this re iew will finally get somebody to contact me!
Absolutely awful place
Fabulous service recovery from the M6 from Adam (I think that’s his name). Extremely friendly and polite. Would highly recommend. This was via The Green Flag so we didn’t know what to expect. Thanks Adam.
Make sure that you literally check every single item that these cowboys helpfully removed from your vehicle against their unintelligible scrawls - should they steal or lose anything then you will be SOL once you've escaped their property.
In addition to that, everything (and I can't stress this enough) EVERYTHING really stank of farts. A very off-putting experience and one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Yuck.
This garage recovered my vehicle following a vandalism incident. I would like to thank Clair and the team for going above and beyond during my hour of need. Extremely efficient and friendly and gave a lot of additional advice and information. I felt the pricing was reasonable also. Thanks again

I recently had to deal with Hough Green Garage after my vehicle was recovered following a crash. I can't comment on the recovery process itself as this was handled by the police after I had left. However, what I can say is that when I visited the garage to collect my belongings from the car, the staff were very helpful and friendly. All of my stuff had been removed from the car, itemised and bagged; nothing was missing, including an expensive pair of sunglasses. They also very kindly helped me remove the roof rack from the car. All in all I left very happy considering the circumstances.
The foul mouthed driver of the recovery vehicle, who blocked the road for at least 15min. Would not move it 20 yards to a safe parking spot, hence he caused the build up of traffic and at least to near misses.
One star because you cannot award nothing.
Hough Green collected our car (organised by Stafford Police) following an accident (not our fault). We receive a letter (2nd class), no headed paper, threatening disposal of the vehicle plus charges for all sorts of other stuff; our deadline, the following day because it took six days for the letter to arrive. Service level zero, empathy zero, abrupt, rude and thoughtless gets full marks.
