Be warned they don’t give you all your valuables back. I’m missing items from my car that were in plain sight, they pick and choose what they keep for themselves. After a really stressful time in an accident too. you really don’t need the receptionists (can’t remember the older guys name) bad attitude and belongings gone from you. Working in a customer services role myself I believe and know to speak to everyone nicely and this was definitely nowhere near, such a shame because I hate leaving bad reviews. The guys who graft and collect the cars are good though. That’s my only good point .
Just had my car started by a young man who was the most polite professional mechanic ever and is a credit to the company he works for.
Dave the absolute legend came and helped me get my car sorted. He followed me to the garage to make sure I didn't break down again. He was super kind, smiley and patient. He also arrived 10 mins after I got told by the breakdown company it would be 90 mins, so he's made my day. Thoroughly recommend ???? ????

I needed my campervan recovering to a local garage for engine repairs and tyre-rim change. Vehicle would not start and we could not change the wheel as the nuts were fused. Stef the recovery man was amazing! He not only managed to change the wheel for the spare but also managed to get the engine running in order to move the camper so that is could be loaded onto the recovery vehicle which could not access the area where the camper was parked. Stef really put in the extra mile to get my camper to the local garage without having to waste time and resources by requesting a back up vehicle to winch my camper to the loadable location. Stef also gave a detailed changeover to the garage. If all recovery/breakdown workers were as dedicated, efficient, helpful and friendly as Stef the world or motoring would be a less daunting place. Thank you Stef for making our day that little bit better!

Today I put the wrong fuel in my car and Hough Green Recovery came out on behalf of the RAC. The gentleman who came was excellent, first we had trouble with the towing eye as the garage I had my car from had supplied the wrong one, but he had a plan B and soon the car was on the back of the truck.
He took us to our garage and off he went. Absolutely brilliant service cannot thank him enough.
