Just had a delivery, worse Chinese I've ever had, I cannot even eat it, as you will see from the image I've left nearly an entire plate.
The food may as well of been cut out of cardboard as it was so dry and chewy. 0% flavor to the chow main. The rice was like eating 4 day old reheated rice. We couldn't even get the chicken off the skewers for the chicken satay, they were also very spicy.
The chips were so hard, my partner dropped some on the floor they cracked.
Definitely not worth £35!!!!!
Sainsburys take out bags are much nicer than this and a fraction of the price.

The best part was the fortune cookie which are bought in.
I would love to know how long that food has sat around for on a hot plate!
We're extremely disappointed.
Ordered a tofu dish, tofu dish was delivered but with Chicken in also. Complained to hot wok and they denied it being chicken, it is clearly and obviously chicken in a non-meat dish. Real potential hazard waiting to happen here, would definitely avoid if you have allergies or want to avoid meat!
First time ordering. I will order again. I ordered before reading the reviews. I think people take reviewing to seriously and think they are a critic but the food was lovely, nice flavour, was not burnt at all the curry sauce was delicious. They delivered the food in the time frame they said. All round wonderful. Thank you for the delicious food.
Food was good, and the staff worked hard to get our order correct during a very busy time for them.

Yet another awful order Sunday night. Pork Balls arrived dry and chewy, chow mein had no flavour whatsoever and was luke warm and don’t even get me started on the measly pieces of chicken that was added to my sweet n sour chicken HK style it was an absolute joke. Sick to death of spending money with you and food arrives poor quality. You need to step your game up Hot Wok
No option for zero stars so had to give one. We genuinely didn't eat our order due to being inedible. Soggy chips, watery sauces, no flavour, should of been soggy duck on the menu not crispy! The list goes on. I have genuinely never wrote a review before but I have never been so disappointed before either. Lesson learnt, will read reviews before ordering.

Always the go to place for my Chinese
I useally to go here because I like the rice compared to other chinese, but the last time it was definitely below standard. I think there was a different person cooking the rice and chowmains which would account for this. Bring back the other chief.
