Me and my boyfriend order food from here quite regular and nothing bad about the food. But a few days ago when receiving the delivery, the delivery guy had the cheek to say to my boyfriend "you've put on weight haven't you" like I'm sorry we are in 2022 please stop commenting on other people's weight. I'm sorry that your delivery driver has cost you losing reviews but its just plain rude.
The food especially my favourites the spicy lamb kebab, chicken, buffalo wings and tandoori masala chips are delicious. I love the Sharebox as this gives me quality food at a great price. The customer service is brilliant as the staff are really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hot Spot and will definitely be coming again.
Average chips, sausage tasted like it had been on the hot plate for a fortnight. . Charged £1 for card payment. When I got home found out they forgot my curry sauce.
Lovely food! Not grease like must chippy. Loved the batted sausages. Cant wait to try more food from there. Friendly staff and reasonable prices
What can I say about these guys they make the best food always hearts always made fresh and always happy to help I live in Newport and they still delivered to me because one of their staff is local to me and delivers no matter what I order what time I order they are always willing to help I'm even happy to travel all the way from Newport to them because of there amazing food I've been ordering off them for a long time now and I'll continue to do this there buffalo wings are just to die for and battered chips ????

Always lovely food, mixed kebab is lovely and fresh along with the salad. Usually have delivery and food arrives very quickly and nice and hot
