Simple enough amazon return surely didn't warrant the tutting, sighing and head shaking. Also ignored my 7 year old who greeted him politely. Will drive across town to Moreton Hall next time. There are often queues there but the staff are civil.

If I could award a zero star rating then I would've! The owner is a disgrace, unimaginably rude at every opportunity. Would recommend the One Stop on Cadoggan Road or the post office on the Westly Estate.
Great long hours which also apply to the Post Office. Has what you need to top up and have some goodies :)
id paid 5£ something for my items and watched the amount go through. now i always ask for a receipt. while doing my receipt apparently he managed to refund me and approached me after I'd left the shop to explain this, i said it was find checked my bank and couldn't see anywhere the money back in my account. so i waited with wich he got somewhat impatient and requested i pay the refunded amount back to him, avoiding agro i did. have since checked my bank to see there's £11.98 pending from my account thats being paid to them. i only spent £5 something in there meaning it never voided or refunded the owner or worker was just being disgustingly muggy. i shant ever be going again.
If giving a zero star was an option I'd do that. The men who work there are absolute bellends! Utterly unhelpful and unbelievable rude!
I have just had the most awful experience in this shop, where I go regularly. To the point where I reduced to tears by the vile man behind the counter. He was incredibly unhelpful in regards to using store & post office. And for a 2nd day in a row sent me away with my parcel as he did not know how to deal with it & come back when another member of staff were on duty. He was unpleasant, belittling & massively unhelpful. I will not be going back there.
Used to send 2 packages. Well done
