Literally saved the day for me!
I was on an airport run at 10.30am and my engine light came on. This garage was the closest to Gatwick.
They checked my car over straight away and found the fault. They called round all suppliers possible to get the part delivered that day as I lived two hours away.
Being two hours from home, I chilled with Kelly in the office until 4pm when part was finally delivered. The car was fixed within minutes and I was on my way home.
I cannot recommend this family run business enough. They are very efficient and 100% very kind and accommodating.
This would be my go to garage if I lived in the area.

Very friendly and professional team. I bring both my vehicles to the Horley arch team and leave happy every time. Very reasonably priced and will always let you know exactly how much without a surprise extra. Steve will always pick you up if you get stuck he’s always happy to take your call.
Amazing Garage, Steve and the team fixed the Air con in my van, other garages had at least a months wait and with running a dog business it was vital we had the Air con fixed quickly. Although Steve was also booked up with work, he did everything he could to fit me in at short notice (i was not even their customer) Thank you to all, for fitting me in quickly and fixing the Air Con. I will be using you again with the rest of the fleet.
After recently braking down on the M23 we were very pleased when leaving the car outside on the Sunday and checked over on the Monday once they opened. A great service and saved us in a time of crisis. We weren’t sure if they could fit us in as it was a Sunday as we had no contact them but Andy sorted it on Monday for us

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I’ve recently taken my smart car in for a service & MOT & the service was great & also the cost but today I had it in for replacement brakes as I thought they needed charging but I received a call from Andy saying that there was lots of wear on both my pads & disks so no need to change, this is so refreshing as other establishments would of changed I’m sure & happily taken my hard earned money. This to me speaks volumes & it’s so refreshing as a customer who is not car savvy, I will definitely be using this place for all my car needs now & cannot recommend highly enough!

I had heard this garage were good online so decided to use them after a breakdown. I travelled from Reigate having had poor experiences from local ones over the years.
The online comments were so right.

Using Horley Arch Garage left me thoroughly disappointed, and my car in a worse state than before.
I had scheduled my car in for an MOT, service, and a repair job, however encountered several frustrations. Initially, despite being assured of a call later in the day to inform me of the repair and MOT completion, I was left in the dark, and had to call them myself to check on the progress.
Upon collecting my car, I was advised that the repair job hadn't been completed because it was more complex of an issue than they'd originally anticipated, informing me that I should look elsewhere to get it fixed. While I can be somewhat understanding to some extent, I certainly would have expected a reputable garage to have the expertise, or contacts, to handle such a job.
The most significant issue I faced with this garage was during a routine oil change, of all things. Shockingly, the mechanic neglected to replace the washer on the oil filter, and then over-tightened it, resulting in a large crack. This caused a costly oil leak, necessitating my second oil change this month.
My experience with Horley Arch Garage fell far short of expectations. The lack of communication, inability to address complex issues, and negligent oversight during routine maintenance raise serious concerns about their professionalism and general competence.
