Found the Hop Pickers Rest by accident on Saturday, had a lovely coffee there, the ladies are so friendly and helpful.
We returned again on Sunday as the coffee was so good.
The food looked and smelt amazing we will return for breakfast next time we visit Kent.
Stopped by here just before Xmas and so glad I did! Had a bacon and egg sandwich on white toast with a flat white. Sandwich was excellent. Good quality bacon on good quality bread and a fried egg cooked just right. Coffee made on a proper machine rather than one where you just push a button - really nice. Was mild enough to sit outside so all in all a great experience. Had a chat with the two lovely owners and as well as the current menu they are planning to offer more home cooked food. Highly recommended.
This a must visit Maria is amazing this shabby chic feel clean freah produce Wednesday pie and mash sunday roast wraps I was so happy to find this snacks bar breakfast Greek ice-cream and fantastic workers I love it a must go in Yalding hampstead lane
I stopped in here after a long walk
with my dog Bill 15yrs. The staff
were so nice putting a bowl of fresh water as we sat down. There's been a lot of thought put in the menu. I chose cottage pie. It was homemade & delicious ????I will definitely be going back in the new year wow' 10/10 Well done. I couldn't believe it

Amazing peaceful place for lunch, friendly and kind service, excellent food, excellent quality, it was lovely to have a walk along the canal as well, lovely spot to stop on a Sunday morning.
Great coffee and cafe. Stopped here and immediately tempted by the bacon sarnies and good coffee. Despite being really busy with a big order the staff were lovely and very welcoming. Could not manage cakes but they looked great ! Will definitely be back and many thanks
Maria and the team are always delightful. Food and service is perfect. Greek night is lovely, but a good fry up lunch on the weekends is wonderful. Thanks guys
We had the Greek Street food (and had it delivered to our home)- it was fabulous and so filling. Would have it again any time and great to see vegetarians are catered for and not just an afterthought. Next time we are walking near Yalding- we'll stop by. Well done Maria!!
