L'home restaurant di Laura è uno di quei posti che si trovano poche volte nella vita: un piccolo tesoro nascosto dotato di un'atmosfera e una magia particolare.
Non è facile da individuare, dato che l'ingresso sembra portare ad un semplice giardino, ma una volta arrivati si respira subito l'incanto del lago, il sapore dell'accoglienza e la convivialità che sorge spontanea con gli altri ospiti.
Laura cucina con cura e sincera passione, prestando attenzione alla qualità degli ingredienti e alle ricette locali. Offre "quello che c'è" se si è capitati per caso, o "quello che si vuole" se si ha avuto modo di prenotare qualche giorno prima.
L'ambiente è semplice ed autentico, non adatto a chi pretende tovaglia bianca e bicchieri di cristallo, ma perfetto per chi - come me - apprezza e preferisce un piatto cucinato con amore, la condivisione di un tavolo e l'esperienza di un'accoglienza "vera", ormai sempre più rara e preziosa.
sono stato ospite quando la location era vista lago. Debbo dire quindi una location fantastica, il cibo semplice e genuino però il rapporto qualità/prezzo un po caro. Sulla nuova location in montagna non posso esprimermi se i miei familiari organizzano di nuovo ci torno volentieri.
Amazing setting and great food! Absolute value for money treat as well. Highly recommended if you are into original Italian food. Be sure to make a reservation before, the spots in Laura's garden are limited.
An absolute gem! It's a bit hard to find, but Laura and co. are so kind and warm that it's definitely worth it. Very welcoming. The food is incredible. We had the fish menu and it was absolutely incredible (and I normally don't eat fish)!
Espectacular views; very welcoming; a different experience: replace the menu for a; what do you want to eat? Highly recommendable. Additionally they accommodated my gluten-free requests. If you are looking for something different; a unique experience in an amazing spot; then you should visit Laura’s home restaurant.
An amazing Dinner.
We had a Dinner with 6 People and enjoyed it very much. The place is very nice and you have a amazing view over the lake.
Twee keer heel lekker gegeten echte aanrader. Het is even een stukje lopen maar de gastvrijheid en het prachtige uitzicht over het Comomeer is geweldig.
For a person who has eaten out in Restaurants all his life, Lauras Home Cooking was still one of the most memorable experiences. Yes, the food tastes amazing and fresh as everything is made to order from local ingredients. However, the atmosphere created is what makes it worth while; a secret garden overlooking the lake while enjoying delicious food in great company is not to be missed.
Laura and her husband are amazing people we look forward to visit them again :) this places deserves 10 stars.
