We have used Janet several times to help us with house purchases and sales. She is thorough, efficient and always keeps you informed of progress and issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
Never had any issues with them, they are easy to understand clear and saved me a lot of time and stress. Managed to get all my things completed without any delays and they were just a phone call away.
One thing that was difficult was trying to get a hold of my case handler whenever i finished work at 4pm however they always gave me a call back the following day with answers to my questions.
I never did get a reply back to any of my emails but apart from that everything was fine. I would most definitely use them again.

If you are happy to be handed an incorrect ‘last will & testament’ then this is the place to go. Yes, unbelievably the receptionist handed us the wrong version of my mother’s will shortly after her death. It was only by sheer luck that we found a copy of the correct will amongst papers at her home, so we were able to spot the mistake, otherwise we would have been distributing the estate incorrectly. The implications of such a basic error don’t bare thinking about. This incompetence was made worse but the total lack of an apology. Indeed the receptionist, on being told she had issued the wrong will, she effectively blamed my late mother by saying “well, your mother has changed her will a few times”. Not attempt to accept responsibility and no apology. We can only hope that this mistake hasn’t happened to others, and gone unnoticed….
