i collected my prescription today and i have 1.16% diclofenic gel but they gave me 1% stating its the same strength and only do the 1.16% in voltorol and the gp needs to state voltorol if im to have the correct strength i do no believe this to be correct as the previous week they gave me correct prescription, im sure they just doing it because Voltarol is more expensive brand , now i have to suffer in pain , the . 16 makes a big difference, why else do you get it prescribed crazy any advice on who to report this to would be greatly appreciated, The one lady who originally served me was really nice but second one tried to tell me its the same cream same strength very rude how does that work
Very ignorant member of staff that i spoke to on the phone, i was enquiring about a specific item and her 1st response was she dont think they have it and when i asked if she could check her answer suddenly changed to they dont have it. Couldnt even be bothered to look and check, shocking service!!:

Prescription don't come through for hours! Leave you standing for 30 mins before telling you this ! End up going back to doctors to get your paper prescription.
Then another 30 minute wait !
Get a better system!
I've booked a test with this pharmacy through their online system, I got even a reminder email about my appointment. When I turned up the pharmacy was closed...
I do not recommend this pharmacy at all. Non-professional service. I ordered drugs to the pharmacy, I called to confirm. Whether they are already available, I was told that they are there. When I arrived at the pharmacy to pick up the pills, I was told that they were in stock but long after the deadline and they could not sell them to me.
The quality of this service is so poor. It needs to be closed down and replaced with staff that can cater for people's needs. I'm astonished that they are still in business.
I found the staff rude and very unhelpfull i will never visit this pharmacy again. Its a shame that the page hall branch has shut the staff were great with my Autistic daughter.
Was very impressed with the the service , I received today as was struggling to get my prescription and this shop came u trumps , ringing me back on my mobile to verify the medication, can’t fault them cheers to all ????????????
