Been in multiple occasions over the past year & Owners/Staff are extremely rude, why run a post office if you can't be friendly? You don't want customers being rude yet you are! Met by the miserable rude woman today who dealt with my items I asked for separate receipt she didn't listen. Friendliness & a smile costs nothing no matter how busy you are!! Your mannerisms can effect a person who' may be struggling day. The gentleman serving a distressed customer was just as rude. Highly disappointed.

And the distressed customer was at the till whilst I waited in the queue and she asked him a question twice as she was concerned about a parcel & twice ignored. I'm glad your attitude is for customers to go elsewhere. Not the definition of good customer service or attitude! I don't know who stole the filling from his pasty but it wasn't me! What an ignorant miserable man. I asked if I could pay 2 cheques in please. His rude and arrogant answer was not like that you can't he then filled in the envelope and took them off me. Whilst I appreciate him filling out the envelope there's absolutely no need to be rude.
Everyone in the Holmbush Post office are lovely. They have an awful lot to put up with sometimes, I have observed whilst queuing, (regularly queue, but they get through the customers quickly & efficiently)
I have heard the most bazaar questions being asked, the staff try to explain what they can & cannot help with, they get rude customers, but kind of shake there heads & carry on. When you get people being rude & down right offensive, it can affect your whole day. Not nice, but they keep going!
They've been nothing more than polite, friendly & efficient to me always. So if you feel the need to complain, think twice first....

Due to Par Post Office early closing, I choose to use this Post Office instead. However, on multiple occasions, I have been met with rude staff that make me feel small when I ask for simple things like a receipt. I was met with complaints and muttering when I had to swap tax over for my parent's vehicle. I let this slide, though today I was rudely corrected when asking for second class post. Not friendly at all, it makes me not want to visit this PO anymore due to the rude staff.
Steve and Heather are very friendly, they have a good sense of humour and they make me look forward to my post office trips (this has been especially true during the lockdowns). I used to feel guilty if I had lots to post but the staff have made me feel valued and I no longer worry about it. From a local's perspective, this is the best post office around and I mean it when I say that I won't go anywhere else to post my orders anymore! Thanks all :-)
Good service and knowledgeable advice. They even printed my postage label for me. There's a good range of greetings cards which has got me out of a birthday card jam a few times. You can usually park in one of the spaces outside too, so it's often much more convenient than going to the PO in the middle of town.
