Rating is for both Practice & Pharmacy. Letter from Midiwife was handed over to Practice but one was missed out without scan by receptionist which delayed Medicine being delivered on-time inspite of mentioning as URGENT in letter. Due to shortage of Sensor strips i went for collection but Sensor strips & Needle was not delievered but given precsiption to collect from other pharmacy. Due to which we could not note reading for gestational diabetes. Went back once again due to shortage of Sensor strips but this time letter was scanned and advised to wait for two days. Called to check my sensors ready for collection but i was advised to wait for a day. Pathetic service and horrible experience. Inspite of mentioning the urgency and need to note reading order is still being delayed. Why cant they give me a prescription as earlier i was able to get the medicines next days without hassle. There are many medical phramacy in birmingham where i could reach out and get the medicines ontime. Worst experience. Calling practice for an appointmnet is a night mare. Long wait and after reaching out a caller and explain the issue they would say someone will call you later but it will be in the evening.
Didnt catch the mans name but theres a very rude old asian man that served me on the 09/10/2023 at around 16.45ish. He also spoke to his colleague in another language, I believe he should have spoken English to him when the matter was concerning the medication i was purchasing. I felt really uncomfortable as i didnt understand what was happening
Very friendly and helpful staff onsite. Especially supportive of you work and can callback to let you know when prescriptions are ready.
Have been using this pharmacy for nearly 4 years now and have never had a problem getting my medication. All the staff are very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable. They have also been doing a great during the lockdown.

Everyone was really helpful on the phone, then I went in and was served by Bhumi who went out of their way to help me, they helped me find items and gave me really helpful advice.
