My name is Agnes I ve got sepsis one year ago.
I would like to say that it's the best pharmacy in Loughborough.All staff is full experience, helpful,and very delicate.Peoples coming with different illness and sometimes need to speak with pharmacist and they doing that very quiet so people standing in the queue doesn't hear anything.They don't give you very expensive meds but first try to ask or you can say that your budget is poor but you need help-no problem for them ❤️.Once I come with intimate problem and I haven't got a lot of money and lovely lady with big experience gave me cheaper meds but different brand.Next day I woke up without problems.Im so thankful,and I would like to say that they are 100% pharmacy that you ll recive the best help.And to be honest sometimes it's better to visit that pharmacy then go to GP or if you ve to wait for appointment, visit them all staff ll do everything to help,give you some relief, support.Thank You for all hard working staff ,i can feel safe having You here in Loughborough.

So last Friday I was experiencing a mental health crisis episode.
This was due to my medication was MAJORLY messed-up and my desperate need to be with my Mummy @ THE WORST time in our life.
So, after MANY phone calls to both my GP & usual pharmacy still stuck on square 1, the AMAZING WOMEN at the front could see I getting worse & told me be with my mummy, took my number, also told me "don't worry, it's OK, we'll deal with it",
I went to be with my mummy, within the HOUR, I received a call from them telling me that my prescription ALL SORTED!! Such a massive weight was lifted & I could spend a few Precious hours with her.
When I arrived, even though I was in a queue (of 3 people on front of me), I was spotted IMMEDIATELY, given meds, signed for it then home!
I cannot RECOMMENDED HIGHLY enough, even though I was in a completely different dimension mentally, ALL THE STAFF were incredible. Friendly, polite, professional & EXTREMELY KIND!!
Also, they ALWAYS have whatever it is you need. If you call they actually ANSWER THE PHONE & if you're having trouble with your prescription, go here!!! It's also a big & quiet place with a little seating area which is ideal if you want to enjoy the silence.
Thank HMS Pharmacy for EVERYTHING last Friday. You ALL made an incredibly painful experience bearable & not only be forever grateful but also forever thankful ❤

In the early hours of Saturday 21st October 2023, my brave, Kind, courageous & simply the best woman in the world, Beverly Burbank lost her battle against liver cancer.
She went in her sleep so didn't suffer.
She'll be sadly missed, absolutely heart broken however, eternally grateful to HMS for not only doing it correctly & correcting the original mess up but also for they're professionalism, kindness & patience. Laura B ????
The manager the asion fella is absolutely lovely, very friendly & helpful & understanding, however he has a woman working there who has no clue on how to speak to people, she snaps, shouts & gets angry with you & sarcastic, I rang up asking to speak to her manager 1 day & she said how do you know I'm not the manager, I said well I want to speak to someone above you, she replied how do you know I'm not above everyone here, I shouted, you will get me your manager right now, she handed the phone to the lovely manager who was kind & understanding, he said he'd give me a complaint form,which I shall collect as soon as I'm no longer housebound, she should not be working in a place like that, there are many of us disabled not just physically but also mentally, it was a good job I was in a good frame of mind at the time or I could of been pushed into further depression which could of set my bipolar on the downwards spiral instead of the happy 1 I'm in at present, I believe that all people working with such delicate people should have training in mental health & learn of to speak to people in an appropriate manner, not looking down at them as if you have such power & think your above everyone, no one is above anyone, we are all equal
The lady in the store was actually quite helpful and polite and recommended what I should buy to ease the itching off my daughters chicken pots, so in terms of knowledge - no problem. Down side - 300% more expensive than Sainsburys Pharmacy for exactly the samething. hence 1 star.
I went here Saturday morning after being woken up by an allergic reaction causing my right eye to swell almost shut. I'm not used to allergies, so i was panicked, visibly so. I arrived at the pharmacy expected to be helped but was laughed at by a women over the state of my face. She then brought a man from out of the back before finding someone from the back, a man who said I should just wait it out until Monday (despite me expressing more concern as I have an exam Thursday), he then said it was conjunctivitis - it was very clearly not. I went to the nearby boots pharmacy who took me seriously and gave me the help that I needed.
Excellent staff and service. They seem to have everything in stock when other pharmacies don’t. Best pharmacy in town!
Staff nasty. Ben the owner pharmacy don't want to know he stated in back room you ask for him he don't come to see you.ben is not a very nice man. The other reviews are staff doing the reviews what Ben told them to say. Don't go to that pharmacy I am changing to tesco pharmacy better staff but not brilliant. It's the truth.he set up a discount store in high street loughborough and he call it a pharmacy he was not a pharmacy next door to a charity shop no longer there then he became a pharmacy in baxter gate then on to high street where they are now. What a con man.
honestly the most rudest staff i’ve met. Never going here again. Continuously rolling their eyes, whenever I talked, would consider a different pharmacy than this one!!
