I had a great experience with the staff at Hillcliff garage! From the warm and comfortable waiting area! To the refreshments! great service all road! And I was also out of there within 1.5 hours.
Had full service including timing belt changed on my Passat estate. Really good service from the reception staff and the mechanics. Enjoyed a game of pool and coffee whilst I waited.
Recently been for an MOT, great service, even managed to squeeze me in when they were already quite busy, couldn't recommend them enough. The waiting area was top notch as well.
Best garage in Sheffield by a mile, looked after me every step of the way.

We recently went to get my two front brakes done on Saturday 23rd March, I came to this garage which is about 1 hour away from where I live due to buying a car nearby and they booked me into this garage from the car dealership themselves, the brakes were fitted however the brakes weren’t done properly, we started to notice a knocking noise coming from the brakes so took it to bush tyres for them to have a look and they were completely appalled by the work which was done to my brakes. Bush tyres deemed the car unsafe to use and I was not able to leave until my brakes were sorted. One brake was put on too tight and the other too loose which caused a pin to fall out meaning that the brake calliper was dangling off
I recently visited this garage after seeing their rating on newspaper The Star as the best in sheffield , and I must say, it certainly lived up to its reputation! Not only did I receive a prompt and efficient service for my car, but I was also pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary coffee and even a game of pool while I waited. The staff were friendly and professional, and I left feeling satisfied with both the quality of the service and the overall experience. Highly recommend!"
By far the best and most reliable garage in Sheffield. If you have any car issues do not honestly go elsewhere, these are competitive, reliable and very trustworthy. They do not try a say you need this and that doing to try and make more money out of you.
If I could give more than 5 stars I honestly would.
