Love this hotel. Stayed 4 times over the last year. Very clean and good value. Beds so cosy. Stayed in the family suite could live in there! Fantastic bathroom, kitchen and balconies.
Very clean, warm & roomy accommodation. Great sized en suite with plenty of very hot water. Tea/coffee facilities in the room is very welcome.
One very small 'niggle' is that there's nowhere to hang a dressing gown in the en suite so a hook at the end of the shower or behind the door would be extremely useful.
Will certainly return.

Fair size Bar and good selection of beers and lagers. Excellent restaurant next door if you like Thai food. Drinks not cheap
The hotel is situated by the side of a busy dual carriageway, so don’t expect a quiet night’s sleep. To make matters worse, both of the mattresses in my (twin) room were well beyond the replacement stage, offering hardly any support. The bedrooms appear to have been given a fresh lick of paint and new carpet. Cleanliness was satisfactory. The bathroom looked like it had received a refurb too. Power sockets are hidden from view and not especially well located. The bar is pleasant and offers the usual dishes. There’s also a Thai restaurant for those looking for something a little different.
Decor is dated but staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and made to order ????

Wonderful food, Great service and friendly company. Just spent one of our best New Year's nights staying at the Highfield Hotel. Think this will become an annual event, in addition to enjoying regular authentic Thai cuisine throughout the year of course.
